Ingredients
- 5 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Moringa leaves (Muranga faiy)
- 1 medium size Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Chili (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Curry leaves (finely chopped)
- 1/3 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Lettuce or Kopy Faiy (Perennial Kale)
Instructions
- Wisk the eggs and keep it aside.
- Mix the onion, chili, salt, curry leaves, and lemon juice.
- Add the eggs, moringa leaves, and lettuce to the mixture and mix again.
- Set a pan on medium heat.
- Cook the omelette as you are making a normal omelet
